What to do with summer...

We took a job working in Hayward, WI for a KOA campground for the spring/summer/early fall. We worked for this same campground last year and loved the area so much we decided to come back. We're working in the cafe, same as last year and just experienced Memorial Day weekend. The campground was stuffed! You could literally walk across the pool on the tops of people's heads! Then Monday afternoon hit and it was a ghost campground. But like the owner keeps saying, "July is coming!".
We should have been potty training our sweet puppy by now but as many of you know, he didn't live beyond 16 days old. Still pretty shook up over that loss. We do have our name in with the local shelter but have received no call as of yet.
We talked the owner of the campground into purchasing a waffle cone maker for the ice creams we sell, what a favorite item that is for the campers! We will be YouTube featuring that operation soon.
